花鍵套齒聯(lián)軸器承載能力大，在高速下工作可靠，軸套孔的鏜削，鍵槽的切割與修整，內(nèi)外齒圈上齒的粗加工。齒的精加工，兩個內(nèi)齒軸套法蘭上的鉆孔和套合在一起的鉸孔；與其他形式的聯(lián)軸器相比，傳遞扭矩相同時，外形尺寸小。
