卷筒聯(lián)軸器是起重設(shè)備傳動系統(tǒng)中重要的的部件， 通過其連接減速機(jī)動力輸入軸和卷筒契合，傳遞扭矩同時限制卷筒的軸向竄動，并且?guī)в袡C(jī)械或者電子磨損報(bào)警，是卷筒式提升機(jī)構(gòu)的核心部件之一。

卷筒聯(lián)軸器是一種新型撓性聯(lián)軸器，主要用于起重設(shè)備中起升機(jī)構(gòu)的減速器輸出軸與鋼絲繩卷筒的聯(lián)接，也適用于其它類似的既傳遞轉(zhuǎn)矩又承受徑向載荷的機(jī)械設(shè)備，但不能用作需承受軸向載荷的傳動。

卷筒聯(lián)軸器由帶鼓形齒的外齒軸套、帶聯(lián)接法蘭和內(nèi)齒圈的外套、帶外球面的承載環(huán)、端蓋和密封圈等組成，并設(shè)有定位磨損指針、潤滑油孔和通氣孔等。

外齒軸套和外套構(gòu)成的鼓形齒式聯(lián)軸器傳遞驅(qū)動功率, 而由承載環(huán)的外球面和外套的內(nèi)承載面形成的接觸副構(gòu)成自動調(diào)位的球面軸承，承受徑向載荷。聯(lián)軸器的內(nèi)、外齒嚙合在油浴中工作,通過內(nèi)外端蓋、密封圈防止?jié)櫥孤?/p>
