Currently, the process of glass raw materials—- aposandstone (sand stone, silica) and feldspar generally adopts the following process:
   A. Wet-process rod milling.
   B. The multistage crushing and screening line is composed of impact crusher, cone crusher or jaw crusher together with mutual roller. But these two processes have the following disadvantages:

The characteristics of the new process line:
　1. The equipment investment is less and it can save more than 50% of investment comparing with the above two process “A&B”.
　2. The metal consumption is low.
The main machine of the new process: 　
　① Primary crushing jaw crusher adopts GFP series heavy load jaw crusher. The operation life of the jaw plate is over 6 times of PE series jaw crusher.
　② Sand making machine is currently the preferred equipment of crushing high ablation material internationally, which adopts the principle of using stone to strike stone. Its outstanding feature is the high crushing efficiency and low metal consumption.
　③ The new process adopts dry process.
　④ The fine powder content of the new process line product conforms to the process requirement of float glass production. The new process line can be used in the crushing of sand rock, Aposandstone, silica and feldspar and has obtained ideal effect in the re-crushing of broken glass.
Typical process line:
   1. Shandong Glass Group (feldspar) has three production lines.
   2. Mongolia Haijing Glass Group (sand rock) has two production lines.
   3. Qiqiha’er No. 2 Glass Factory (waste glass).
